MOORE, District Public Trustee for Hamilton. 17th August, 1945. 950 JJAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL STREET NAMES Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council held the Bth day of August, 1945, the following resolution was passed by way of Special Order and that such Special Order will be confirmed at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Alma Street, Hamilton, at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday, the sth day of September, 1945: “In pursuance and exercise of the powers contained in Sections 175 and 193 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1933, the Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order—(a) To alter the name of the Street leading from the corner of Galloway Street and Sillary Street to the Cemetery which in future will be known as “Hungerford Crescent” and (b) To alter the name of the short street between Allotments 138 and 408 and the closed street adjoining in the Town of Hamilton West, which in future will be known as “Teddy Street.” •W.
