AMERICAN PLANES ATTACKED WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 Four nominators living over Tokyo Bay area at noon today on a photographic mission were attacked by 10 Japanese fighters and by moderate to intense flak, reports an American Press correspondent on Okinawa.
