BELGIAN ELECTIONS
BRUSSELS, Aug. 7 The Premier, M. Van Acker, read a declaration of Government policy stating that general elections would be held in Belgium next March. The Government asserted the right to just reparations and Belgium’s right to participate in the occupation of Germany and to share in the exploitation of certain German resources.
