Extra choice ox sold to £2 12s; choice and prime, £2 9s to £2 11s; ordinary ox, £2 6s to £2 8s; extra prime young cow and heirer beer, £2 5s to £2 7s; ordinary cow beef, £l 18s to £2 4s; extra heavy prime steers, £2l to £22 7s 6d; heavy prime, £l9 to £2O 17s 6d; medium, £l7 10s to £lB 17s 6d: light prime, £ls ios to £l7 ss; small and unfinished, £l2 10s to £ls 7s 6d; extra heavy prime young cows and heifers. £l3 to £ls 15s; heavy prime, £ll 15s to £l2 17s 6d; medium. £lO to £11; small and unfinished. £5 to £7 7*
