Sept. 20 Between 500 and 750 Flying Fortieses and Liberators to-day bombed Hungarian railway bridges and railway yards, Czecho-Siovakian airfields and the Appollo oil reflnerj' at Bratislava, says an American Press Rortie correspondent. American Marauders • today dropped 3,000,000 leaflets on cities along the Channel coast and in the Breton Peninsula, where isolated German units are holding out. The leaflets told the Germans of the new Allied landings and the progress of the airborne forces in Holland.

Marauders without loss swept along the coast from the mouth of the Loire to the Scheldt estuary and showered leaflets on St. Nazaire, Lenient, Calais, Dunkirk, Flushing, Middleburg. West Kapelle, Terneuzen and Hoeskenskerke. Leaflets dropped in Holland included General Eisenhower’s message to the Dutch.
