GREEK UNITY
PERIL OF CIVIL WAR LONDON, May 18 Opening the Greek political conference near Beirut, M. Papandreou according to the Cairo radio declared: “It is not the invader but civil war which is mortally threatening our future, striking against the spirit of our people and smirching the honour of our nation. Termination of civil war and union of all our national forces against the barbarous invader for the liberation of our country is the reason for the conference.”
