CONCERTS IN AUSTRALIA
AMERICAN CONDUCTOR’S TOUR SYDNEY, April 11 Mr Eugene Ormondy conductor of the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra, will come to Australia early next month to conduct the symphony orchestras of the Australian Broadcasting Commission. He will be the first musical conductor to visit Australia since Sir Thomas Beecham's tour in 1940.
