JAPANESE CONFERENCE
ALL ATTACHES IN EUROPE LONDON, Jan. 14 All the Japanese military attaches in Europe arc assembled at Budapest for the annual conference, reports the Ankara radio. The conferences are usually held in the spring but the date was advanced, it is believed, because of the situation on the Eastern front and the question of a second front. The conference started yesterday and is expected to continue for a week.
