DISHONEST GUESTS
PILFERING FROM HOTELS (Received Jan. 13, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 12 Hotels in London are reporting increased pilfering by guests, who ; leave with towels, pillowcases, sheets , | and even blankets, thus meeting the shortage of domestic clothing coupons. Some hotels are even warning guests against leaving their boots and shoes outside their bedroom doors for cleaning, as other guests, are likely to help themselves.
