FIVE-YEAR PLAN
DEVELOPMENT OF EGYPT LONDON, Nov. 17 A five-year programme for Egypt has been announced by the Egyptian Minister of Finance. At the top of the list is a scheme for supplying electricity from the great Assaun Dam on the Nile. Ir is also intended to make Egypt the most important aviation centre in the Middle East. The Minister said negotiations with the British Government had made it easier for Egypt to export
