Mr J. C. Porter, of Dunedin, is visiting Hamilton. Mr N. E. White, of Auckland, is a visiter to Hamilton.
Mr W. Penman, of New Plymouth, is visiting Hamilton. Mr N. P. Croft, of Lower Hutt, who was National candidate for the Hutt "Teat al the general election, is a visitor to Hamilton. Mr C. A. Barrell leaves for Wellington tonight to attend to several matters affecting Hamilton electors which were not completed before the election.
The deputy-Leader of the Federal Opposition, Mr W. M. Hughes, was 79 years old on Saturday, says a message from Sydney. In the afternoon he played a round of nine holes of golf on the Canberra links.
