AMERICAN PLAYERS EXCEL Spectators at the Hamilton Y.M.C.A. recently were treated to a Fast and spectacular display of indoor basketball, when two United states Marine Corps teams piayed the Hamilton representatives. Although wen beaten by the Marines .No. l team, the Hamilton players were not disgraced as the Marine team would rate among the first-class teams in America. The result was: Marines 07, Hamilton 4*5. The Marines also played an exhibition game. In the game Marines No. 2 v. Hamilton the Hamilton team, using the knowledge they had gained by seeing the Marines’ type of play, made the game much closer and were only beaten by 41—3 4.
