MORAL DISSOLUTION
GERMAN HOME FRONT NEW YORK. Sept. 7 The Baltimore Sun publishes a pecial despatch from Stockholm which says: “The German home front .s in complete moral dissolution, and is showing the same development as in 1918.” The correspondent adds that the report is not wishful thinking. He says it is cold fact gleaned from keen and reliable observers who have lived in Germany for decades and who do not conceal their belief that the Nazis will lose the war in a few months, in spite of the seemingly good morale of the German soldiers.
