The Hon. W. Nash, Minister of Finance, is in Hamilton today and is at the Commercial Hotel. Mr E. C. Hucband, of Auckland, is staying at the Commercial Hotel. Mr J. C. Whitney, of Auckland, is |at the Commercial Hotel. I Mr H. Kay, of Ne v Plymouth, is | visiting Hamilton, and is slaying at the Hamilton Hotel. Mr *E. M. Edkins, of Te Aroha, chairman of the Farmers’ Auctioneering Company, Limited, is staying at the Hamilton Hotel. Mr Henri Penn, who was judge of , the choral, vocal and instrumental 1 sections at the recent competitions in Invercargill, was welcome to the last meeting of the Invercargill Metropolitan Patriotic Committee by the chairman. Reference to the splendid manner in which Mr Penn had carried out his duties was made by the chairman of the Competitions Committee.
