PAPWORTH VILLAGE COTTAGES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, April 8 Mr Amyas Connell, of Eltham, New Zealand, is the architect of cottages at the Papworth village settlement which will be a memorial to the late Mrs Robert E. Strawbridge, of Philadelphia. United States subscribers sent the Queen £3350, which Her Majesty took with her when she examined the plans. She was photographed discussing them with Mr Connell. ________________
