Copyright) LONDON, March 8 A correspondent of the Germancontrolled Scandinavian Telegraph Bureau says the major part of Genoa has been razed to the ground by Royal Air Force raids, and there is hardly one block in which there have not been several houses destroyed. Of nearly 6000 houses in the centre of the city, 5000 are in ruins. The heart of Genoa is in a terrifying condition. A street leading to the harbour has been wiped out.
