Copyright) (Received Marcn 9, 11 a.m.) LONDON, March 8 Two hundred people were inr cinerated when a fire broke out in a small cinema on the Japanese island of Sokkaido. In reporting this the Berlin radio added that the heavy death-roll was due to the fact that the exits were blocked by snowdrifts. •
