FRENCH HOSTAGES SHOT
REFRISAL BY GERMANS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tei. Copy.lßQl) LONDON, April 17 The Vichy correspondent of the American Press says that 35 additional hostages were shot in occupied France as a reprisal for attacks against the German occupation troops. Fifteen were shot, according to a Calais newspaper, as a result of attacks on the Calais railway, and 20 were shot for fresh attacks on German soldiers at Bruay.
