CooyrDtmti (Received April 20, 11 a.m.) WILLEMSTAD (Curacao), April 19 It is officially stated that an enemy submarine shelled oil installations of the Royal Dutch Company in Bullen Bay but did not cause damage. The coastal batteries chased off the submarine.
