Governor-General of Poland. heads the list, followed by 300 State officials in Poland and incorporated territories who have been responsible for maladministration, j Their crimes include the shooting of j hostages, maltreatment of prisoners in concentration camps, and starvaj lion of Jews in the ghetto. It is | understood in London that an average of 800 Jews are dying daily as a | result of starvation.
