DAY OF PRAYER
OBSERVANCE ON SUNDAY APPEAL BY AUTHORITIES In view of the request by His Majesty the King that Sunday should be set aside as a national day of prayer so that his people could unite in giving thanks to God for the blessings enjoyed, and to unite in prayer for strength and guidance to face the tasks that lie ahead, the Mayor and Councillors of Hamilton urge everyone to attend a place of worship on Sunday and thus give effect to the King’s request.
