JEWISH SHIP SUNK
(United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) ISTANBUL, February 24 The steamer Strouma, carrying 705 Jewish refugees from Rumania, sank northward of the Bosphorus. It is not known whether any were saved. The refugees had been living aboard the Strouma at Istanbul for the last two months. They were returning to Constanta after the refusal of permission to land in Palestine.
