Copyright) Received Dec. 11, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 10 The Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies has sent the following reply to Queen Wilhelmina’s telegram of encouragement: “On behalf of the armed forces and the population of the Dutch. East Indies I thank Your Majesty for the inspiring words addressed to us. The entire population in this part of Your ?4ajesty’s kingdom has accepted the battle with worthy determination. arising from the consciousness and realisation of our complete confidence in the final outcome. The armed forces stand ready to do their duty to the utmost and are deeply loyal to Yoigr Majesty.”
