CAPTURE OF PARACHUTISTS 1 United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. copyrignu (Received Dec. 11, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 10 A Manila message says the Philippine constabulary captured enemy parachutists at Wigan, 200 miles north-west of Manila. Informed circles at Manila say the Japanese air force is using German equipment. German-marked 20millometer shells were fired from Japanese planes in yesterday’s raid on Clark Field.
