NEW PRESIDENT APPOINTED (By Telegraph.—ness AseocUiioo) WELLINGTON, Thursday With the approval of Archbishop O’Shea, Mr David J. Leahy, of Wellington, has been appointed president of the New Zealand Superior Council of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, in place of the late Mr P, D. Hoskins.
