DUTCH SHIP MISSING (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BATAVIA, Sept. 12 The Netherlands Indies Naval Department discloses that a fast Dutch cargo ship. Kota Nopan, of 7000 tons, bound for the United States, is overdue and is believed to have been sunk by a German raider at the Galapagos Islands, in the eastern Pacific 1000 miles south-west of the Panama Canal. The fate of the crew is not known. The ship had a of rubber, tin and palm oil. ArmyS c O-
