WHEAT FOR FRANCE
TWO SHIPS MONTHLY HELP FROM AMERICA (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received May 10, 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 9 M. Haye, the French Ambassador, said that the United States has agreed to supply unoccupied France with two shiploads of wheat a month as long as the present status of Vichy is unchanged. Payment is to be made from frozen funds.
