LEGATIONS LOSE STATUS LOSS OF SOVEREIGNTY CLAIM (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received May 10, 2.0 p.m.) MOSCOW, May 9 M. Stalin’s first diplomatic action as Premier has been to inform the Belgian, Norwegian and Yugoslavian Legations that their status is no longer recognisable owing to the loss of sovereignty in their countries.
