SHIPMENTS TO BRITAIN COMPLAINTS IN AMERICA DISCLOSURES TO AXIS (United Press Assn.—Kl®" Tel. Copyright) (Received May 8, 12.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 7 It is revealed today that the Justice Department is investigating complaints that information concerning shipments to England is being disclosed to the Axis by the relations of some American insurance companies with a Swiss cartel, by means of the reports required by the insurance companies concerning insurance data sent to the Swiss companies. It is alleged that this method is also used to reveal the dates of sailings and the routes of supply vessels to England.
