RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC (United Assn—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, May 7 The Tokio newspaper Nichi Nichi says an Asaka shipping firm has been advised from San Francisco that the United States will close the Panama Canal within 10 days to all but limited traffic for an indefinite period.
