(Received May 1. 3.15 p.m.) CHIGAGO, April 30 Automobiles killed 8110 persons in the United States in the first quarter of 1941. Unless the accident rate drops the 1 National Safety Council fears that : 1941 traffic deaths may reach 40,000, the greatest in the nation’s history.
