NEW LICENSING PERIOD REGISTRATION PLATES WHITE FIGURES ON BLACK Motor registration for the year 1941-42 has commenced, and is to be completed by Saturday, May 31. Provision is being made for the registration of 27,875 vehicles of all types in the Hamilton postal district. Of this number 19,000 are private motor-cars, 4900 trucks, 1300 trailers and 1100 motor cycles, with other types in lesser numbers.
