Owing to unfavourable weather Pan American Airways’ Honolulu Clipper did not leave Noumea yesterday and is now expected in Auckland this afternoon. The American Clipper arrived at Canton Island yesterday and the Clipper is expected in Auckland tomorrow afternoon. Both flying-boats are expected to return to San Francisco on the days following their arrivals. Tasman Empire Airways’ flyingboat Aotearoa, which left yesterday Cor Sydney, is expected back today. A flying-boat will leave for Sydney tomorrow morning.

Position of Horse Floats The statement that he might be forced to cancel all licenses and have horses transported by rail, as the result of lack of co-ordination among owners of horse-floats, was made by the No. 1 Licensing Authority, Mr E. J. Phelan, at a sitting yesterday.
