WELLINGTON PRECAUTIONS j LIGHTS FACING SEA (By Telegraph— Pit,, Association) I WELLINGTON, Wednesday Wellington is to be “blacked out* - from the open sea. The steps necaa~' sary have been taken by the Mr T. C. A. Hislop, under the., authority of the Lighting Restrio-j tions Emergency Regulations. Windows which directly face the , sea are to be uniighted and any] light outdoor or otherwise which so], reflects as to cause a glare that, would be visible from the sea will' have to be so protected that such a. glare ceases. Proprietors of gaseous discharge tubing and incandescent advertising' signs or other illuminations are re* I quired to disconnect them forthwith.
