CARD EVENING
A very pleasant evening was held at the residence of Mr and Mrs D. Foley, Taupiri, when the evening was spent in flag five hundred in aid of church funds. The prize-winners were Mesdames I. Walter and J. D. Bruce, and Mr A. Dobbyn. Those present were:—Mesdames L. Foley, R. Waring, L. Powell, R. Burke, W. McPherson, A. Tomason, A. Braddock, H. Andrews, A. L. Button, S. A. Clarke, J. Crampton, J. D. Bruce, P. Jackways. Misses D. Foley, E. Foley and Kathleen Foley.
