Sub-Inspector G. H. Lambert, of Wellington, is in Hamilton.
Mr S. N. Ziman, of Hamilton, was a visitor at the Auckland Rotary Club's luncheon yesterday.
Messrs W. E. Young. R. Duan (Auckland), H. H. Higgins (Wellington) and G. Schinckel (Manaia) are at the Hamilton Hotel.
The Rev. Percival William Stephenson, Bishop-Elect of Nelson has arrived at Wellington from Australia, accompanied by his wife, and proceeds to Nelson tonight. He will be inducted on November 1. Mr F. K. Perham, conservator of State forests in Canterbury, has been transferred to Hokitika as conservator in Westland, where the department has huge timber resources under its control. Formerly Mr Perham was chief ranger in Southland. The new conservator in Canterbury will be Mr R. H. Murray, at present conservator in Nelson.
