APPEAL FOR FUNDS
DECISION IN OTAGO (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN, Wednesday In view of the fact that a queen carnival has already been launched, the funds of which are to be devoted to the rehabilitation of soldiers and their dependents, the Otago Patriotic Council has recommended that no appeal on behalf of the provision of aircraft for Britain be made in Otago until the termination of the carnival on November 2.
