LEIPZIG FAIR
DREAM OF EMPIRE FORMER GERMAN COLONIES RUSSIA’S EXTENSIVE STAND (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 27 The correspondent of the Times reports from the German frontier that 50 fewer firms are exhibiting this year at the Leipzig Fair. Russia’s stand is more extensive than it was last year. The colonial information section, in the British buyers’ former headquarters, contains alluring pictures of exhibits from the former German colonies. Experts advise young men and women how to prepare for pioneer jobs in the great colonial empire “ which Germany will acquire through the war.”
