CONDITIONS IN HONGKONG EVACUATION OF JAPANESE 400 WOMEN AND CHILDREN (Received August 27, 3.15 p.m.) (United Press Assn.—Klee. Tel. Copyright) HONGKONG, Aug. 26 Chinese reports state that 400 Japanese women and children are evacuating Hongkong, beginning on August 30. The Japanese Consul-General said he has not issued evacuation orders, and thus anyone leaving is doing so voluntarily.
