OCCUPATION POSTPONED BRITISH OIL COMPANY RUMANIA TAKES CONTROL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received August 27, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 26 The Craiova correspondent of the American Press states that Bulgaria has consented to postpone the occupation of Southern Dobruja until late September. The Bucharest correspondent of the American Press says the Rumanian Government has assumed control of the Unirea British Oil Company, with a production of 640,000 tons yearly.
