Copyright) (Received August 24, 3.15 p.m.) MONTREAL, August 23 A liner brought to an eastern port 800 children who were evacuated privately from Britain. Two hundred and eighty-five, aged from five to 16 years, are going to the United States.
The British Parliamentary Secretary of Overseas Trade revealed that 1,000,000 tons of British shipping is actively engaged in the Latin American trade.
