DEPARTURE FROM PEKING FAREWELLED BY AMERICANS (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received August 14, 3.15 p.m.) PEKING, Aug. 13 Two British officers and thirty men entrained for Tientsin. They received a salute from a guard of honour of American marines, and were farewelled by United States and French military officials and diplomats.
