DANCING AND CAKDS ■ Bowls of spring blossom and flowers created a charming appearance in the National Club on Saturday night, when an enjoyable dance and bridge evening was held. In the lounge a large number of enthusiastic players spent a happy evening, i while the social hall, which was decorated with coloured streamers, was the scene of a very jolly dance. During the evening supper was served by members of the committee. 1 The guests were received by the wife of the president, Mrs A. Gordon, who was wearing a graceful gown of buttercup crepe suede.
