Copyright) (Received July 17, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 16 Information has reached Dutch circles in London to the effect that the Reich’s Commissioner for the German-occupied Netherlands has dismissed the entire council of the Dutch trade union movement. An unknown Dutch Nazi, H. J. Woudenberg, has been appointed head of the movement. The Germans allege that the council advocated a class struggle and constantly contacted international Marxist organisations.
