NON-POLITIC AL SECTIONS PROPOSAL FROM AMERICA (United Press Assn.—Elec. TeL Copi'rlght* (Received July 16, 2 p.m.) NEW YORK. July 15 The Institute for Advanced Learning at Princeton University and the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research have invited the League of Nations to transfer its nonpolitical sections to Princeton for the duration of the war. M. Avenol, asked for further information, and is reported to be against the move unless the United States officially approves. His Majesty has awarded the G.C.M.G. to Sir R. H. Campbell. * * * * A London store has presented its whole stock of aluminium, amounting to 900 pieces, to Lord Beaverbrook for the manufacture of aeroplane*.
