The new Cabinet contains ten members of the Iron Guard, four of whom were formerly Ministers in M. Goga’s Cabinet. British oil representatives are reported to have been given 24 hours to leave Rumania. BUCHAREST, July 4 The Cabinet include M. Gigurtu as Premier, General Mihail as vicePremier, M. Manoilescu, Minister ol Foreign Affairs, General Manoilescu Minister of Defence. General Manoilescu is a member ol the Iron Guard who recently arrived from Germany. M. Duza, a noted anti-Semite, is appointed Minister without portfolio The Cabinet does not include any member of the former Government who signed the decree ceding Bessarabia. It includes five generals. Rumania’s expulsion of Britishers affects thirty engineers, but does not affect workers in oil companies’ offices.
