TOTAL OF 38,963 KILLED (United Press Assn. —ETee. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 4, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 3 The Berlin correspondent of the American Press says German casualties in the Polish, Norwegian, Flanders and French campaign are given as 38,963 killed, 142,960 wounded, and 24,168 missing. These include the casualties cabled on July 2, but exclude the Western Front losses prior to May 10.
