The evacuation of civilians is continuing because it was retarded earlier by the weather.” The Bucharest correspondent of the American Press points out that the official evacuation period ended at noon, wherefore the line quoted above is interpreted as a new Russian-Rumanian frontier. A day o'f mourning was observed throughout Rumania.
