NIGHT USE OF HORNS COUNCIL DECIDES PROHIBITION WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Road Safety Council decided this morning that the use of horns except in an emergency should be prohibited during the night hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and that an addition should be made to the Read cod2 requesting motorists to avoid use of the horn during daylight hours. START ON TUESDAY TASMAN AIR SERVICE WFLLINGTON, Wednesday. The Prime Minister, the Hon. p. Fraser, announced this afternoon that the Tasman air service commences next Tuesday, April 30. Passengers and mail will be carried on a return flight later in the week.
