BITTER CONTROVERSY
BRITISH WOOL TRADE ATTACKS ON CONTROL POLICY ALLEGED LARGE PROFITS (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 2, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 1 Leaders of the British wool industry fully endorse Sir Dalziel Kelly's attack on the Wool Control policy, as a result of which the home trade is split from top to bottom. Bitter controversy has been raging for weeks in the Yorkshire press because it is claimed that manufacturers are piling up large profits while importers are reduced to the role of commission agents for the Government.
